Best Traits/Abilities

• Forward lean off the snap is crazy. Unique pad level for the position, which he maximizes on almost every rep
• Physicality, motor and relentless play demeanor is constantly on display. Tone setter player who got up for big games
• Hand usage is a strength. Swats, long arms, cross chops are all in his repertoire. Gets blockers off balance with powerful blows
• Rushes a lot from wide alignments, but does a great job dropping his pads at the top of the arc to dip under punches
• Getting his hips and feet pointed to the pocket is a clear strength, gives himself a favorable angle to corner when he reaches the apex
• Crazy lower body strength to run through punches at the top of the arc
• Burst off the ball isn’t always elite, but he does seem to figure out snap counts and get great jumps off the ball in late game situations
• Pad level, punch and raw power to snatch and throw blockers in the run game is bonkers stuff, even for college football. If you try to base block him, you better be ready
